Operating Rules

Dear passengers, once the boat departs from the pier, the captain becomes second only to God; therefore, please follow his instructions.

• Vessels operate from April 1 to October 30. (Depending on the weather.)
• Operation is daily; see operating hours and timetable.
• The estimated timetable is for guidance only and is not binding; it depends on passenger interest, navigation conditions, or weather.
• Cruising for persons under 15 years of age without adult supervision is prohibited.
• The vessel crew has the right to exclude from transport persons under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances, as well as persons endangering the safety of navigation or the safety of passengers or crew.
• The transport of animals is possible only after following safety measures and upon agreement with the vessel crew.
• From the moment of boarding the vessel and throughout the entire cruise, passengers are obliged to follow the crew’s instructions in the interest of their own safety.
• From the moment of boarding the vessel, the following are prohibited: leaning over the railings, throwing objects into the water, pouring out liquids that damage the environment, fishing, intentional rocking of the vessel, damaging vessel equipment, entering the cabin without permission, etc.
• Passengers are required to remain seated during the cruise.
• The crew is obliged to ensure even loading and balancing of the vessel.
• Entering the vessel with dangerous objects and substances that could endanger passengers, the crew, or the vessel and its equipment is prohibited.
• The maximum number of persons on the vessel should not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of the vessel according to the ship’s certificate + crew members.
• A sightseeing cruise may be cancelled if: the crew deems the navigation conditions unsuitable or dangerous, e.g. increased flow, unfavorable meteorological conditions, etc.
• Reservations or group bookings need to be made 2–3 days in advance.
• Reservations for individuals can be made at any time, but no later than one hour before the cruise.
• Prices are contractual and may change during the season.
