Boat rental always includes a crew. Rentals cannot be arranged during times when the boats are operating according to the regular schedule. Renting a boat does not mean that the charterers can do whatever they wish. A qualified crew is fully responsible for the vessel and the course of the cruise. If the boat crew—namely the Captain, deckhand, or staff—evaluates the behavior and actions of individuals as inappropriate or dangerous, they are fully authorized to interrupt the cruise and exclude those persons from transport, without any refund of the fees paid.
